Co. owns a majority interest in Innova, S. de R.L. de C.V. and subsidiaries (collectively, Sky), a direct-to-home satellite pay television system and broadband provider in Mexico, operating also in the Dominican Republic and Central America. Co. has four segments: Cable, Sky, Content and Other Businesses.
