Mill City Ventures III is primarily focusing on investing in or lending to private and small-capitalization public companies and making managerial assistance available to such companies. Co.'s investments included stock of or membership interests (typically referred to as units) in private companies, smallcap public company stocks, and promissory notes. In some cases the stock or membership interests Co. acquired was preferred stock or units, and in other cases the stock or membership interests acquired was common stock or units. In connection with its investments in promissory notes, Co. also obtained warrants to purchase common stock.
